Privacy Policy

Scopes Robotics (“Scopes,” “we,” “us”) operates scopes.bot. This policy describes what information we handle when you use the site and log in with WHOOP, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you log in with WHOOP, you authorize WHOOP to share your basic profile with us: your name and email address. We request only the read:profile scope. We do not request or receive your recovery, sleep, strain, workout, or other physiological data through this login.

How we use it

Your name is used to display your signed-in session on this site. Nothing else is done with it: it is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

Where it lives

We do not operate a database of user accounts. The WHOOP access token issued during login is used once, on the server, to fetch your name, and is then discarded — it is never stored. Your name is kept in a cookie in your own browser and nowhere else. Logging out deletes that cookie.

The site is hosted on Netlify, whose infrastructure may keep standard, short-lived request logs (such as IP addresses) as part of operating the service.

Revoking access

You can disconnect Scopes from your WHOOP account at any time in the WHOOP app under integrations, and you can log out here to remove the cookie from your browser. Because we store nothing server-side, there is nothing further to delete.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
